The SC-BM500E offers advanced cleaning capabilities by combining ultrasonic waves with spray cleaning, enabling the effective cleaning of fine apertures. It supports a wide range of stencil sizes, from 320 mm to 750 mm, and can remove various materials such as solder paste, ink paste, and other adhesives.
This model features automatic operation from cleaning to drying, with easy settings for stencil sizes ranging from 320×320 mm to 1000×740 mm. It ensures thorough cleaning, even on stencil frames and corners, and includes an external output for an optional squeegee cleaner. The system is equipped with a drying system powered by compressed air, providing efficient performance.
The touch panel allows for easy operation, while the large observation window makes the machine’s state clearly visible. The SC-BM500E ensures double cleaning with ultrasonic and spray technologies, delivering exceptional results tailored to meet customer needs.
