Off-line PCB cutting machine
The machine features a maximum cutting range of 330mm x 330mm and is equipped with dual processing fixtures, enabling simultaneous unloading and processing to boost production capacity. It uses a high-speed spindle for the milling cutter, with the cutter's cutting section length adjustable to match the plate thickness. A 10x magnification CCD camera and screen module help prevent losses from program errors. The low-pressure dust collector with high airflow efficiently gathers dust and chips using a lower dust collection method. Additionally, it offers intuitive teaching automation for easy operation and precise positioning and operates on the Windows 10 operating system.
